(Branson, MO) -- The bond between a mother and her children is helping a family in Branson raise their voices to new heights.

You may have heard of the Voices of Glory.  They're a group of young singers and they're now performing in Branson.  But this Mother's Day they're thanking the person who helped bring them together.

Felicia Cole's children raised their voices in her honor Sunday.  This wasn't the first time 10-year-old  Nadia, 14-year-old Avery and 17-year-old Michael sang for their mother.

"Back in July 2005 our mother was hit, head-on, by a drunk driver," said Michael Cole II, Felicia's son. "We just knew that she was going to be back and we had to stay strong for her."

Day-after-day, for eight months, they sang to her while she she lay comatose in a hospital bed.  

"I saw them when they was singing when I was in the hospital," said Felicia Cole, "but I wasn't able to get up and sing with them."

This is the fourth Mother's Day since Cole came out of her coma.  She has trouble walking, along with other things, but her children and husband, Michael, have been by her side all the while.  The support works both ways.

What started as music for their mother turned into voices of healing for others.  The siblings found their collective voice.

"We see how our voices affected people and we see that it's not only just singing to somebody," said Avery Cole.  "It could be a ministry."

A ministry that made it all the way to the national stage.  The three made it to the top five on the television show America's Got Talent.  The group even harmonized at part of the GMA Dove Award ceremonies.

"I'm very proud of them," Felicia Cole said.

But on Mother's Day in Branson their voices were for mom.  Even though Felicia had heard the song before, she couldn't help but be touched yet again.
