Oven Roasted Orange Glazed Salmon

2 T. soy sauce
2 T. orange marmalade
1 tsp. fresh orange zest
1 fresh orange segment
1 tsp. fresh ginger
1 clove garlic crushed
2 filet salmon
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. light olive oil
Pour the soy sauce over the salmon and marinate 5-15 minutes while mixing the glaze. Combine the garlic, ginger, marmalade, and zest in a small mixing bowl. Place the two salmon filets skin side down in a small baking dish. Spread the glaze over the top of the filets - using it all then top them with the orange segments and sesame seeds. Drizzle with light olive oil and put 1/2 cup water in the bottom of the baking dish to prevent it from burning. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-18 minutes
*Garnish - 1 green onion sliced
