Life Sentence For Carthage Man in Child Pornography Case

CARTHAGE, Mo. -- A man from Carthage, Missouri is sentenced to life in prison without parole for the sexual exploitation of a child.
Todd Smith, 41, was found guilty in August of using a minor to create child pornography.
Authorities were responding to a report that Smith had slapped a child when they found six videos on Smith's cell phone of him engaging in sexual acts with a minor.
