Republic City Council Decides On Skate Park Tonight

Supporters of a skate park in Republic could get an answer on that project from City Council members today. The Republic Skatepark Organization wants to use the old city pool on Hine Street as a park for more than 200 skaters in the area. Earlier this month, the organization held an informational meeting to discuss those plans and rally support. The Republic City Council meets tonight at 7:00 at City Hall.
