Beebe Makes Appointment To Arkansas Court Of Appeals

(Little Rock, AR) -- Governor Mike Beebe on Tuesday announced his decision to appoint Mike Kinard of Magnolia as an associate justice for District Five on the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
The 69-year-old Kinard will take the bench on January 1st, filling at least two of the four years left in the term of Judge Sam Bird who is resigning.
Voters will elect a judge to fill the remaining two years.
