UPDATE: Lost Pitbull Taken To Animal Shelter

We have an update to a story you first saw on KOLR/KSFX news last night.
We told you about a pitbull on the loose in Greene County.
A resident there called Animal Control and the Sheriff's Department and says she got no help because she lived out of both agencies' area of service.
After our coverage of the story last night, several people called to pick up the dog that was tied up in that yard.
The woman who found the pitbull says this morning, after more calls to law enforcement for assistance, she had a friend take the dog to an animal shelter.
