Former Fitness Club Members Due Refunds

Former members of the now-closed "Club Nutrition and Fitness" have a chance to get back the money they may have paid in advance dues.
Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon's office has received $20,000 from the owners of the spa.
The club gave the letter of credit to the state as a deposit when it opened the business. It closed March first.
If you think you're eligible for a refund, you can file a formal complaint online at ago.mo.gov or you can call 1-800-392-8222 by July 21 of this year.
