MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. -- Fire investigators will be working to determine the cause of a fire that broke out at a milling company late Sunday night.
The Baxter Bulletin reports the fire was reported about 11:00 p.m. at the Powel and Powell Milling Company on West Wade Street.
Fire Chief Ken Williams told the paper the fire extended high into the mill building, and a ladder truck was used to get firefighters 40 feet into the air to fight the flames.
High winds hampered efforts, but the fire was brought under control within about 30 minutes and crews then focused on hot spots. No injuries were reported.
