The Tigers starting to take control, Botkin to Alice Heinzler, Republic up 9-3.
Botkin still not done, drives again, gets it to fall again, Republic up 11-4.
At the end of the first, Heinzler to Tori Taylor, mid range jumper, good for two.
Republic led 13-4 after one, and the Tigers hold on and win 53-50.
