"My wife and I got a divorce a year ago. It wasn't messy and we are both happier. Here's the catch: we can't afford to move out of our house. We sleep in separate bedrooms but we fight a lot over stuff like who gets to park in the garage. We're settling into a routine, but it's still less than ideal. Any advice on how to make this work?"
