JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- You can watch live streaming video of Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon's second inauguration courtesy of a feed from the state of Missouri.

Ceremonies begin at 11:30 a.m. with the swearing-in at noon sharp.

Parade will begin in front of the Missouri River Regional Library (214 Adams St.) and proceed on High Street to the State Capitol
