SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Looking for a new recipe for the new year?

Chef Ric Ramos from Flo Eatery & Wine Bar joined Ozarks Live! to cook up something tasty.

Gnocchi:
1 lb cooked potato
1 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
1 egg

Chicken Consome:
1 cup onions (chopped)
1 cup celery  (chopped)
1 cup carrots (chopped)
1 Bay Leaf
1 TSP Thyme
1 Clove Garlic
1 lb Chicken Bones
Water enough to cover the bones
2 oz Eggs
