Follow Up: Sexual Assault Charges Dropped Against Springfield Attorney

Last June, a woman accused the
prominent divorce attorney of groping her. Johnson Jr. was then charged in
Now KOLR10 News has learned the judge says there is not enough evidence to go ahead with the case.
Attorney Stacie Bilyeau represented Johnson. She says the woman wrote e-mails thanking Johnson for his representation in her divorce -- until his law firm sent her a bill for $8,500.
Bilyeau says shortly after that, the woman made a complaint against Johnson to the Missouri Bar Association. Bilyeau also says the accuser lacked credibility because of a previous criminal record for theft.
