"I'm dating a man who has served prison time. It was a long time ago and he paid his debt for the crime which was a domestic assault. I haven't told my parents about this part of his past but things are getting serious now. Do I ever have to reveal this? I don't feel I should have to explain my choices, but if they find out from someone else, they'll ask me."
