COLUMBIA, Mo -- The Missouri Tigers are headed for the bye week.

The day off comes while question marks remain for quarterback James Franklin's health. Franklin missed Saturday's game against Alabama due to a sprained knee.

Freshman Corbin Berkstresser got the start for the Tigers and completed a total of 12 passes in Mizzou's 35-10 loss to the Crimson Tide.

Franklin said he does plan to start on homecoming against Kentucky which is two weeks from now. As for coach Gary Pinkel, he's still impressed with the tide.

Pinkel said, "They may be the best football team I've ever seen. Time will tell, some people may disagree with me. But I watched all their film last Sunday and I don't see a weakness... I don't see a weakness.
