Marshfield: Free Health and Safety Fair Today

MARSHFIELD, Mo. -- A free family event is underway until noon today in Marshfield, with information on public health and safety. 

More than 20 vendors will be there with displays and information.  Kids can be fingerprinted by the Sheriff's office, a smokehouse will be there for kids to learn how to get out of burning home safely.

Vendors will have information on poison prevention, lawnmower safety, Ham radio, emergency preparedness, nutrition, and more.
 
There are also also door prizes like recordable books, children's blocks, handmade greeting cards, hand sewn infant items, an insulated picnic cooler, water bottles, and t-shirts.

The event is underway from 8:00 am to noon at the Marshfield Community Center,
corner of A Highway and 38 Highway.
