Flores vs. Samir Live on KOZL-27 October 6th

SPRINGFIELD, Mo--Willard native and cruiserweight boxer B.J. Flores' fight with Ahmed Samir will be broadcast live on KOZL-TV Saturday night October 6th, starting at 8:00 p.m.
The fight will be at the Shrine Mosque and feature six undercard fights.
The undercard fight between Springfield native Will Grover and Shane Steele, scheduled for four rounds, will also be broadcast live prior to the Flores fight.
Flores is 27-1-and-1 and according to the WBO is the number one challenger to German Marco Huck who holds the WBO cruiserweight belt.
Flores' fight with Samir is scheduled for 12 rounds.
Samir is unbeaten with a 12-0 record and was a member of the 2007 Egyptian National team.
If Flores can beat Samir, then Huck needs to fight Flores within nine months or Huck will vacate the cruiserweight belt.
