GREENE COUNTY, Mo. -- Firefighters from four Greene County fire departments put out flames after a grass fire burns 30 acres.
The call went out around 5 p.m., Sunday, near Farm Road 239 and Farm Road 44 east of Fair Grove.
Firefighters tell KOLR10/KOZL News the fire started in a small trash pile and winds pushed in north through three properties. A barn was threatened by the flames but was saved without any damage.
The grass was cut low, and that also slowed the spread of the fire.
No one was hurt, there was no property damage and the fire was out by 7 p.m.
