Texas County Woman Accused of Storing Child Porn on Cell Phone

LICKING, Mo. -- A woman from Licking, Mo., is accused of having more than 50 images of child pornography on her cell phone.

The Licking Police Department began its investigation into Phoebe A. Barnum, 42, in May 2012. That's when the investigating officer seized a cellular phone from the suspect that allegedly contained images of child pornography.

Police say the South Central Missouri Computer Crimes Task Force confirmed more than 50 images.

Barnum was officially charged with Possession of Child Pornography on August 7 and arrested Thursday. She's held in Texas County Jail in lieu of $400,000 bond.
