Warrant Nets Two Arrests; Boone Co. Searches for Third Suspect

HARRISON, Ark, -- The Boone county sheriff's office needs your help to find Cody Evan, a man wanted on drug possession and delivery charges.
According to Boone County sheriff Danny Hickman, sheriff's deputies are searching for Cody Evan after not finding him when executing an arrest warrant at his home on Cedar Grove Road in Lead Hill.
However deputies did find and arrest his roommate, Dustin Elmore, who also had a warrant out for his arrest, and Shenna Wilson who was at the house at the time the warrant was executive.
Elmore and Wilson (right) were both charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of drug paraphernalia. Elmore was additionally charged with resisting arrest with bond set at $50,000.00 and Wilson's bond was set at $15,000.00.
After spending a night in custody, Elmore admitted to investigators he stole two "bush hogs" back in may and took them to TRQ Recycling in Harrison for cash.
Cody Evan is wanted on intent to deliver and possess marijuana charges as well as firearms and drug paraphernalia charges.
