SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- It seems that Missouri State football has a new quarterback, however the University still has not confirmed it.
Springdale, Arkansas native and former Mizzou Tiger, Ashton Glaser tweeted Monday that he's going to transfer to Missouri State and play quarterback.
Bears coach Terry Allen has been looking for a new quarterback since May when Trevor Wooden was dismissed from the squad for violating team rules.
Glaser led the number one offense in the state of Arkansas his senior year at Springdale, but was never able to climb higher than number three on the Tiger depth chart.
