6 Injured In Crash At Reeds Spring Junction

STONE COUNTY, Mo.-- The Southern Stone County Fire Protection District says six people suffered moderate to serious injuries in a crash at Reeds Spring Junction. While one patient was transported by Cox Air Care, they were unable fulfill a second aircraft request because it could not fly because of poor weather conditions.
The 5 other patients were transported to Springfield hospitals and according to SSCFPD one person was pulled from a car using the Jaws-of-Life.
Traffic was tied up for nearly an hour. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
