SnowFest Returning to Jordan Valley Park This Weekend

(Springfield, MO) -- Just in time for summer, snow is returning to downtown Springfield!

The Springfield-Greene County Park Board will host the 11th Annual Summer Snowfest on Saturday.

The free event will run from 4:00 - 9:00 pm at JordanValleyPark (735 E. Trafficway).

The Park Board says there will be a "mountain" of snow to play in, a free concert in the park, interactive games, snowman-building contests, giveaways and inflatables for smaller kids.

Entertainment includes local bands ABS Band (4 p.m.) and Flywheel (6:30 p.m.).
