No Injuries at Lake Shore Apartment Complex Fire

(Springfield, MO) - Springfield fire crews remain on the scene of a fire at the Lake Shore Apartment complex in southwest Springfield.
The Springfield Fire Department reports the fire is under control. The fire department says there were no injuries to anyone living in the apartment complex, however five to six apartments were damaged.
One firefighter was evaluated at the scene for a minor injury.
Shortly after 6 p.m., Sunday, smoke and flames were seen coming from one of the buildings at 3660 S. Cox Ave., near Chesterfield Village.
