UPDATE: Police Investigate Child Death

(Springfield, MO) -- Springfield Police are investigating the death of a 2-year-old boy this weekend.
Sgt. Robert Pitts says officers were contacted by officials at Mercy hospital about the death.
Sgt. Pitts said he could not release further details at this time.
