(Springfield, MO)--For the last six years Jason Owen has been Brian Reynold's right hand man at Drury swimming.
But Owen is leaving the Panthers to take over the swimming program at Lindenwood.
Owen swam for the Panthers in the early 2000's, was a grad assistant, then assistant coach for the past four years.
The Panthers have won eight consecutive NCAA Divison 2 championships.
Owen will take that experience to Lindenwood which is making the transition from NAIA to NCAA Division 2.
Reynolds says Owen is ready to become a head coach and will have tremendous success at Lindenwood.
