Tornado Leaves Power Outages in South Central Kansas

(South Central, KS) - Three homes were damaged in the town of Harper as a tornado swept through the area.
So far there have been no reports of injuries. The emergency manager in Harper County says at least three homes were damaged in the storm. Emergency dispatchers say there is extensive damage to power poles, and trees. Responders are still assessing the damage at this time.
Several areas throughout Kingman and Harper counties are without power, including the city of Norwich.
Most of the damage is along the Kingman & Harper county lines.
