AG Candidate Ed Martin Criticizes Koster Over 'ObamaCare'

(Jefferson City, MO) -- He's outspoken, he's conservative and he wants to be your next Missouri Attorney General.

Republican Ed Martin says the Attorney General has to enforce not only our state laws, but be ready to take action on federal ones.

"Standing in the gap between the feds and we the people, an attorney general is going to have to stand up against the EPA and OSHA and the Department of Education and Obamam Care. It's a big list."

Martin supports the legal challenge to the federal health care law known as "ObamaCare" and criticizes Democratic Attorney General Chris Koster for not joining that lawsuit.

"And what we have to have is our states, lead by attorneys general and governors, stand up and say, now wait a second, federal law, federal decisions, don't trump we the people's rights. We didn't give all our sovereignty to you, we gave you some."
