H.S. Boys Golf: State Championships Wrap Up

(Springfield, MO)--The Missouri State High School golf championships wrapped up Tuesday afternoon on four golf courses around the Ozarks.
The Class 2 championship was being decided at Twin Oaks in south Springfield.
Mt. Vernon and Catholic started the day in fourth and fifth place.
And the Mountaineers did well Tuesday and moved up and finished third in the state as a team, Catholic also improved but stayed at number five.
Individually, Mt. Vernon's Eric Wilmoth shot a 74 today and finished fifth.
Class 4 was at Silo Ridge in Bolivar and Rockhurst won the team competition.
Class 3 was at Rivercut and St. Francis Borgia won team, but Republic's Dylan Bekemeier took the individual honors after a 68.
And Class 1 was at Fremont Hills and Sacred Heart won.
