(Springfield, MO) -- Native American history buffs will want to see a special show in Springfield this weekend.

The 6th Annual Springfield Indian Artifact Show is being held Saturday, May 12 at Remington's Event Center (1655 W Republic Rd) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Collectors from eight states will showcase their collections -- some that date back 12,000 years.

There's also one arrowhead on display that was found near Roaring River. It's valued at $25,000.

Local collectors can also bring their own artifacts to sell and trade.

"You can see anything from ancient Mississippian pottery," says organizer Stephen Burks. "That rare faulsen point. Bone flutes. Shell beads. Stone axes."

Admission is $4 for adults. Kids 12 and under are free.
