(Springfield, MO) -- The trial for the now 20-year-old James Duke, accused of shooting and killing Hillcrest High School student Kody Ray in 2010, is set to resume Monday.
Duke waived his right to a Jury trial. Evidence will instead be heard by a judge.
Detectives, a neighbor and family members of the victim testified in February.
