Springfield Loses Eighth-Straight Game

(Tulsa, Okla.) -- The Springfield Cardinals have lost seven straight, going for a win Saturday at Tulsa.
In the bottom of the second it's scoreless, Kent Matthes enters on an 0-17 slump bombs one off John Gast and it's 2-0 Tulsa.
Matthes homers again the fourth, to make it 3-0 Drillers.
Edwar Cabrera strikes out Niko Vasquez and when Kolten Wong tries to bunt, Nolan Arenado barehands it to make a great play and the Cards lose their 8th straight, 3-2.
