(Springfield. MO)--Missouri State pitcher Nick Petree leads the nation with his 0.77 earned run average.

Wednesday the College Baseball Hall of Fame put Petree on their watch list.

Wednesday night the Bears hosted in-state rival Mizzou, Jake Powers was on the hill.

The Bears have won four of the last five games played against Mizzou.

And Missouri State gets on the board first in the third when Trey Massenberg takes this deep to right, a solo shot it's 1-nothing.

Mizzou would tie it up in the fifth, Conner Mach doubles past third into left, Andreas Plackis scores it's 1-1.

Then Brannon Champaign loops this to right center, it drops in, Mach scores it's 2-1 Tigers.

Mizzou led 3-1 when Missouri State ties it up, Brent Seifert to right, off the boards out there, Kevin Medrano makes it 3-2.

The Bears tied it up, but Mizzou wins it in the 11th, on a Plackis sac fly, Tigers take it 4-3 in 11.
