(Springfield, MO)--Catholic soccer standout Reid Harbach signed a letter of intent to go to college and play soccer at the Richmond International Soccer Academy in Leeds, England.
It's a prestigious academy for one of the best soccer players in the Ozarks.
Harbach earned all-state and all-ozarks honors in his senior season.
The Irish finished the season with a 29-0-1 record and won the class one state championship.
He says going overseas to the hotbed of soccer will be big step.
"It seems like the place to better develop my abilities to chase my dream of being a professional player. I've visited and had training over there and it was really good and I liked it alot," said Reid Harbach.
