Warriors Compete Starting Today at Ft. Leonard Wood

(Waynesville, MO)--The best of the best will be at Fort Leonard Wood the next several days, battling to see who can handle extreme conditions.
It's called the Best Warrior competition. It starts today and will run until next Thursday.
About 30 competitors were chosen after demonstrating that they were the the best of the best in mental and physical abilities.
They'll be facing six days of grueling competition where they'll have to think on their feet and manage fatigue as they move on to each level. The events will start at 4:00 each morning and won't end until 11:00 at night.
The winners will go on to compete in various other competitions throughout the year.
