Paris Hilton Stalker Charged With Felony

(Los Angeles, CA) -- The 36-year-old man charged with disobeying a court order to stay away from socialite Paris Hilton has been charged in Los Angeles with felony stalking and other charges.
Brian Rainford is scheduled to be arraigned today in Van Nuys Superior Court, according to the District Attorney's Office.
He was arrested outside Hilton's Malibu home on July 4th by Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies who had been tipped off by paparazzi.
A stay away order was issued by a judge back in October after Rainford was arrested on a battery charge involving Hilton and her boyfriend.
Rainford is being held on $150,000 bail.
