McCain's Springfield Visit Altered

Republican presidential candidate John McCain's visit to Springfield is being altered due to the funeral of news journalist Tim Russert.
Party leaders in Greene County say the senator's Wednesday afternoon fundraiser at Highland Springs is cancelled so that McCain can attend memorial services for Russert. That fundraiser will likely be rescheduled later this summer.
Republican reps confirm that McCain will still make a stop at Missouri State University for a for a town hall meeting.
Sources say the presidential candidate will be discussing America's energy situation. That event is open to the public.
