(Baltimore, MD) -- Researchers from Maryland and the University of Wisconsin seem to have put together the pieces of the puzzle of the common cold.
The next step is finding a cure.
Scientists announced Thursday that they have identified the DNA of all 100 strains of the cold and put together the eight-thousand piece puzzle. They used information from data collected from University of Wisconsin patients.
University of Maryland researchers will now use this information to see if they can find a cure, especially for people who have severe symptoms.
