Late Fees Waived at Some License Offices

(Jefferson City, MO) -- Some more help for Missourians affected by the recent ice storm.
On Wednesday, Governor Nixon announced that penalties normally assessed for late transactions at local license offices will be waived for customers in certain areas affected by the storms.
In the Ozarks, that includes license offices in Gainseville, Mountain Home, Thayer, West Plains and Willow Springs.
The waiver only applies to people who were unable to get to one of the offices between January 26 and February 4.
