Carolyn Harralson faces child neglect charges for not making a hotline call after hearing about allegations of crimes against students at Rountree Elementary.
Those accusations came to light in spring of 2006, when a state report said there was a pre-ponderance of evidence Rountree's physical education teacher had abused children at the school.
Both Harralson and the P.E. teacher have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them. If convicted, Harralson could face up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
