Closing arguments are being heard today in the trial of a man charged in a Springfield convenience store shooting.
The Greene County Prosecutor's office says today could be the last day in the trial of Michael McClain.
McClain was charged with assault and armed criminal action after allegedly shooting a man at a convenience store last year.
He was indicted by the county's grand jury that investigated gang-related crime.
A verdict is possible by the end of the day today, court officials say.
