A federal judge will decide whether a man from Springfield man facing child porn charges will stay in jail.
Brett Kent is being held on an eight-count federal indictment of producing and possessing child pornography.
He pleaded not guilty.
Kent was recently arrested in Arizona after being on the run for eight months.
The federal judge is deciding whether to grant his request for bond. No new court date has been set.
However, Kent also faces a number of state charges of invasion of privacy for allegedly secretly photographing women at his Springfeld tanning salon.
He's scheduled to appear in circuit court on those charges Friday morning.
