(New York, NY) -- Eating whole-grains such as brown rice can resduce the risk of heart failure in both middle-aged whites and African-Americans.
That's the finding of a long-term study out of the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston.
Conversely, each serving of high-fat dairy and egg appear to increase heart failure risk by eight and 23-percent, respectively.
