Husband of Daycare Provider Charged with Exposing Himself

Prosecutors Friday filed criminal charges against the husband of a daycare provider in Nixa, accusing him of sexual misconduct involving one of the children being cared for in the home.
Brian Anthony Albrecht, 36, of Nixa is charged with one count of sexual misconduct involving a 23 month old child.
According to the probable cause statement in the court file, Albrecht took off his clothing and exposed himself to the children in the house. The incident allegedly happened May 24, according to the criminal complaint.
The probable cause statement also said Albrecht's wife had taken a picture of the incident with her cell phone and emailed it to the mother of the child involved.
Albrecht is scheduled to appear on the charge July 24, in Christian County Associate Circuit Court in Ozark.
