Amber Alert for Monett Teen

17-year-old Erika Martinez was last seen around 8 p.m. Sunday. She was at the Monett City Park with her sister and friends, when her friends left. Erika stayed at the park, where she had her own car. Shortly after her friends left, a witness says she was forced by a man into a pickup. That vehicle is a gray 2001 Chevy Silverado extended cab truck with Missouri license number 452-WP7. Erika is 54" tall, 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of the abduction, she was wearing a green shirt and jeans. Police believe she is with 23-year-old Edgar Rueda De Leon. De Leon is 6 feet tall and weighs 160 lbs. He has a tattoo of a scorpion on his left forearm and the name "Erika" tattooed on his left arm. Martinez and Rueda were last seen northbound on Highway 59 and N in Newton County. If you have any information, youre asked to call 911 immediately.
