(New York, NY) -- If mom and dad have asthma and there are mice in the house, beware.
The kids could be at risk for developing a wheeze too.
A new study out of Harvard Medical School looks at the health of young kids in households where mouse allergens are present.
Researchers found a clear link for the kids developing allergies or asthma.
The link held up even when the allergies were developed later in childhood, and were consistent in both urban and suburban homes.
