(St. Louis)  --  Voters will head to the polls tomorrow to pick a new President, but they won't actually be the ones electing him.
That's because the Electoral College will pick the winner.

University of Missouri-St. Louis political science professor David Kimball the Electoral College will vote based on the outcome of the popular vote in each state.

It takes 270 Electoral College votes to win the election.

Missouri is a winner-take-all state for electoral votes.  The winning party will send 11 electors to Jefferson City to cast their votes for the winner.
