Bieber Speaks Out About Fatal Crash

Justin Bieber is speaking out after a tragic accident. A photographer was hit by a car and killed Tuesday night.
According to police in Los Angeles, the man had snapped photos of a person he thought was Bieber sitting in the pop star's car during a traffic stop.
He was hit when he tried to return to his own vehicle.
Bieber says he was not in the car and released a statement offering his condolences to the man's family and saying:
"Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."
