Churches Celebrate with Christmas Eve Services

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Churches throughout the Ozarks held Christmas Eve services Monday.
Central Assembly in Springfield held its service, which included holiday music from the sanctuary choir and string ensemble.
There was also an annual Christmas Eve candlelight service at Second Baptist Church.
The service was led by the worship choir, orchestra, and adult hand bell choir. That service included carols, stories, and a candle lighting ceremony.
"This will be the largest crowed at Second Baptist church of any service that we have," said Second Baptist Church pastor John Marshall.
