A Fulton County man is behind bars after calling in three bomb threats at high schools.

Authorities say 66-year-old William Adams phoned in a threat early Wednesday morning that prompted three schools in Fulton County, and a school in Sharp County to evacuate.

No explosives were found.

Authorities traced the call back to Adams, and after a formal interview determined there was enough probable cause to arrest him.

Adams was arrested and charged with falsely communicating a terroristic threat, which is a class B felony.

He is currently in the Fulton County Jail on $200,000 bond.
